EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

We offer a tailored Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to assist companies with improving and maintaining staff wellbeing. We are a small team of highly trained psychologists.

 Anja is a Registered Psychologist and has worked with a diverse range of people across a number of clinical and community settings. She has a warm, inquisitive approach to therapy which allows individuals to look within and build a supportive relationship with themselves and others. Anja has a deep capacity for empathy and a passion for 

 Anja is a Registered Psychologist and has worked with a diverse range of people across a number of clinical and community settings. She has a warm, inquisitive approach to therapy which allows individuals to look within and build a supportive relationship with themselves and others. Anja has a deep capacity for empathy and a passion for helping individuals build resilience through difficult situations and emotions. She supports individuals to successfully create and communicate what they want in their career, relationships, and other areas of their life. Anja's areas of expertise include relationships, anxiety, stress management and self-compassion. She works by combining her knowledge of mindfulness techniques with tools from evidence-based treatments.

She has worked in private practice offering individual psychological services, group work, and corporate mental health, performance and wellbeing programs. Martha has a practical, empathetic and embodied approach to therapy. She believes that in order to thrive in life, it

Martha has a practical, empathetic and embodied approach to therapy. She believes that in order to thrive in life, it is important to deepen our relationship with ourselves and our minds, and become aware of when we are ruled by reactivity and habit. From this honest space, Martha helps individuals build more effective personal and interpersonal coping strategies and shift toward actions that align with how they want to be in the world. She has experience working with a range of presentations, including mood, stress, burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, relationships, life transitions, trauma and self-esteem.

 April is a Clinical Psychologist and the owner of Ebb & Flow Psychology. She has worked across a range of settings, including private practice, community mental health and corporate organisations. April is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth in her approach. She fosters a judgement-free space to gently allow individuals to safely explore and reflect on themselves and their challenges. April works holistically, tailoring therapy to meet an individual’s specific needs. She is skilled in several therapeutic approaches and experienced in working with a range of presentations, including mood, stress and anxiety, burnout, self-esteem, life transitions, communication and conflict resolution, trauma and grief and loss. 


We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands upon which we live and work - the Gadigal and Wangal people. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging, and acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded.
